Footfriend - Complaints Procedure
We hope that we are seen and felt to be very approachable and that you can speak to a practice staff member in person if ever you have cause to complain. If you do have a complaint, contact with us at the earliest instance will give us the opportunity to address your concerns promptly and most hopefully to your satisfaction.
We recognise that some people may be uncomfortable with this so it can also be done in writing. A complaint in writing should be sent to:

If you feel you cannot address your complaint directly with the practice, the complaint may be sent to our professional body “The College of Podiatry”.
