Footfriend - Complaints Procedure

We hope that we are seen and felt to be very approachable and that you can speak to a practice staff member in person if ever you have cause to complain. If you do have a complaint, contact with us at the earliest instance will give us the opportunity to address your concerns promptly and most hopefully to your satisfaction.

We recognise that some people may be uncomfortable with this so it can also be done in writing. A complaint in writing should be sent to:

Mr D. Johns
15 Wednesday Market
East Riding of Yorkshire
HU17 0DH

Mr D. Johns will investigate and reply within 14 days.

If you feel you cannot address your complaint directly with the practice, the complaint may be sent to our professional body “The College of Podiatry”.

Details of how to contact The College of Podiatry are on the link below.
You may write, telephone or fill in the “contact us” enquiry form where you can request details of who to direct any complaint to:

Isn’t it time you treated your feet?

“I have been a client with Damian for a number of years. I am a Type 2 Diabetic and visit every eight weeks, Damian takes very good care of my feet, and keeps me up to date with information on the care of my feet, including ill fitting shoes. I would recommend him to all of my friends.”
